Rules to enter

Site must be Neo-Related in some way
We dont want cheating, this is a clean, friendly competition, do not bribe
You must be the owner or Co-Owner Applying
You Need to have a 88x31 link back button, if you dont we have a button service, you may request one
You should have at least 10 pages of original content
Your Site should be appropriate for all ages
We will accept 20 contestants only and we will close applications after that!

Your Task
You need to make graphics using the images below!
One MUST be a layout of some sort, site layout,user-lookup, pet page, OR guild layout!(must be coded)
One must be an avatar
One should be a set one link back buttons for Emporers-Village (88x31, and 88x15)
One you can use the fourth to make any graphic of your choice!

Why You are making these
You probably are wondering why you are making these huh?! Wel.....
ONE I LOVE Kougras, and because i want more activity in my site.
TWO Im looking for fresh new talent to be staff in my site if you dont already have a job at a site, or own a site!
THREE I think this would be VERY fun! For you guys, and my self!
FOUR I love looking at graphics!
FIVE I need some new link back buttons!
SIX This is a great way to get all you graphics makers, and sites noticed!
SEVEN And....i just needed to use this awesome page for something :P
