Colorize a Selected Image



Make an image like the one above!


Open up Paint Shop Pro or a graphic program that is similar to start. Paste this new image as your workspace:



Your workspace should now look somewhat like this:



Now that you've got your image open, click the selections tool. It is reccomended you select the Magic Wand or Freehand Selection tool as you will be selecting the flowers. Find a way that best suits you to select the flowers.



Once you've selected the flowers, invert the selection as shown below.



Now apply Colorize. Set it to Hue=0 and Saturation=0.



And Vwala! Your image should now look like this, or close:



You can even add some snazzy effects to it! Try experimenting with sunlight effects, brushes, borders, and layer effects for a nice look!
