Emporer-Village-Neo's SOTM Rules

SOTM for the month of: May

Rules

Site must be Neo-Related in some way
We dont want cheating, this is a clean, friendly competition, do not bribe
You must be the owner or Co-Owner Applying
You Need to have a 88x31 link back button, if you dont we have a button service, you may request one
You should have at least 10 pages of original content
Your Site should be appropriate for all ages
We will accept 15 contestants only and we will close applications after that!

There are currently...THIRTEEN OUT OF FIFTEEN (13/15) contestants.
